2007 Chardonnay (un-oaked)

We blended this wonderful Chardonnay with grapes from two vineyards in
Washington's renowned Columbia Valley. This wine is typical of many French
Chardonnays and has not been aged in oak, allowing the fruit and character of the grape to come through.

2007 Merlot (estate)

Intense fruit, nice vanilla, oak and cedar. A smooth smoky flavor, well balanced, finishes with a soft cocoa. This estate vintage is grown right outside our tasting room on the South facing Hi-Valley Vineyard in The Dalles.

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cab Franc . Complex flavors, nice Oak with light fruit taste, nice smooth finish. Great wine, superior value.
